Trills in Noteperformer

Is it just me, or are Trills in Noteperformer a bit not very good?

I notice that there’s no actual expression for Trills in the NP Expression Map, so I don’t know how it’s receiving any information about a trill.

I’ve definitely got “Use Samples” set in Playback Options.

Also, trying to get Timpani to do a roll (either with a trill mark, or a tremolo) doesn’t really sound good. There isn’t a Tremolo or Buzz Roll expression in the map, either…

I don’t think that the trills are that bad.

This is a short excerpt from Brandenburgisches Konzert Nr. 2 played by NotePerformer (5.0.1) even with Generated Trills

the trills are not as bad as the awful tremolos at any rate (unless they’re better in v5 which for obvious reasons I can’t use) but of course there are no sampled trills so you can’t expect miracles.
