Trills with going to Major note

**I am composing a waltz in 3-quarter time in Dorico Pro 5 on MacOS

There is a trill in Bar 26. i.e. I notated a dotted half-note and I am try to have the ‘E’ go to ‘F-sharp’ on the trill,

However it goes from the ‘E’ to ‘F’ Natural and it doesn’t sound good this way as there are F-Sharps in the Piano parts.

It you’re using the Shift+O popover to create the trill, you can specify the trill interval directly, like tr M2 (note the space in there).

You can also select an existing trill and adjust the interval in the Properties panel.
