Triplets changed in condensed score

In full score I have set the triplets to have number but no bracket (see screenshot). But when the score is condensed, the triplet brackets return (which I don’t want) and cannot be edited as the two flutes are condensed. Is there something I am missing or has anyone got an idea about how to maintain the same notation style in uncondensed and condensed. Many thanks

Hi @Robert_Smallwood, you can edit the tuplets (to hide the brackets) in Engrave mode:

Hi Christian Thanks for helping me again. That is the solution. I also found that the brackets are also showing in the parts. Hopefully hiding the brackets in Engrave Mode for the full score will remove the need to do them again in the parts. There are a lot of triplets to do in this score. In fact rather than hide them in Write Mode, I will do all the hiding in Engrave Mode as this seems to carry over to the condensed score and parts. Thanks again.

You are welcome, @Robert_Smallwood.

A tip: you can view the score in Engrave mode at a small zoom level (so that you can see multiple pages), and make a big marquee selection. Set the properties panel to Globally, then (if the Preference to “show all properties” is activated, in the Note Input part of preferences) you will see the Tuplet properties, and deactivate the tuplet brackets all at once, and this will be reflected in the parts. (Or you can use propagate properties after the fact)

Thank you so much. That additional information is so helpful and a real time saver!
