Start with identically spaced quarter notes in 3 different parts. Highlight all three parts (9 notes in total) and convert to triplets - only one of the three parts gets converted. The same things happens with multi-stave instruments - piano.
It’s not fatal, but it does slow down my workflow. Thoughts/suggestions?
You’re right, this is strange behaviour, but wouldn’t your workflow be faster if you entered the notes (in all staves at once) as triplets in the first place? Barring that, it’s very quick to copy a passage to other staves and repitch.
I change my mind a lot. I’ll get something going, then say to myself - “That phrase would be better as triplets”
