Here I have chord symbols in the piano part how I want them, but I want all the chords to also display for the bass part as well.
Not sure why I am not able to do this, but would appreciate any help!

Go to Setup mode, right-click the player holding the bass instrument, and in the context menu that appears, choose Chord Symbols > Show For All Instruments. That should do it!
