I just installed V10.5 after not having used the software in over a year. I was previously recording with all of the same equipment (Steinberg UR22 mk11) but can’t get setup with this version. When I attempt to activate the Clean E-Guitar template I get this message:
Additionally, when I go into Studio Setup I get this screen showing output inactive:
And when I try to change the ASIO driver to the Yamaha Steinberg USB ASIO,
I receive this message twice and then the computer sits on the “preparing to install” message forever and I have to close the program:
I’ve been at this all day and don’t know where else to turn.
Hopefully one of you experts can point me in the right direction!
