Hello, I have just bought the UR22 and have the Cubase AI downloading info on it. I downloaded it to my computer and after no small amount of grief, I finally got it loaded and ready to go on my computer.
However, before I even plugged the UR22 device in, I realised this computer would not do for my purposes so I bought a new laptop. I have not been able to download the Cubase AI software onto it. Is this because I have already downloaded it to my other computer? I cannot even find the zip file on my old computer to transfer it. Can somebody PLEASE help me as I am about to lose my mind. 
And I am generally a patient man with computer issues. Thank you very much in advance for any help anyone can give me.
