Trouble Loading VST instruments

Hello,

My problem is on the VST Instruments panel (F11). Some of my instruments are not loading. These problem ones all seem to have 3 grey bars to the left of their name as well, which is something I have never seen before. I’m assuming this has something to do with it. After I click the name of the instrument, nothing happens at all. Not even a crash!

All the “problem” instruments have been working since I installed cubase 6, 5-6 months back. In fact, I created 2 sessions yesterday, and 2 today, all with the same group of instruments, and only one of the sessions is giving me trouble. The other 3 open fine and load up the instrument no problem.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Or can someone enlighten me to what these grey bars are?!?

Ah gotcha. Thanks! Still no luck though, I’ve even created new projects and loaded the the instruments and it works fine.

Maybe if I upgrade it will fix this. Although I am terrified to do so.
