I’m a Finale user finally trying to move over to Dorico (up until now I haven’t had a computer that could run it.) When I click the link to buy it, I get told there are no cross grades available.
The specific text I get is: “Sorry, there are no crossgrades to Dorico Pro available on your account at this time.”
I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I have a licensed copy of Finale so I should be able to get it according to the Makemusic website.

Which account are you looking in? The crossgrade offer should be available in your MakeMusic account, not on the Dorico/Steinberg site.
Yeah it’s through Makemusic. I sign in and then click the buy now button. When I do I get the message that Dorico isn’t available. I attached below what I’m seeing.
It’s only letting me do one image per post.
I think you’ll need to contact MakeMusic support about this.
What version of Finale do you have?
