Good day. I’ve got a trouble with record my guitar.

Audio Interface: Scarlett 2i2
When I do record, I can’t hear my guitar record. But I can hear it when I do free play. Also I can see record line but without sound. What’s a problem?
P.S. I did different experiments with audio connections. Help me please, for resolve this problem.

More detail would be beneficial. Things like screen shots for your audio I/O connections and your software and hardware specs.
However… make sure you have the track “monitor” function enabled to hear what you are recording. Disable the track monitor function to hear during playback.
