The lowest ties are automatically generated, is there a way to remove them? Can’t find the right option!

It’s a slur, not a tie. It occurs because you have notes that overlap slightly, so it’s detected as legato. If you don’t want that then you can turn off the detection in Score > Instrument Settings > Interpretation > Auto
It was a shoot-out between tie and slur, i guessed wrong : -D
