Trying to learn condensing

I’m clearly missing something since my simple starting example won’t condense. Working in Dorico 6.1 and have verified that Condensing is On for the file (by default, but I verified that fact), and appropriate condensing groups have been created. What have I forgotten to do/set?

When I opened your project, it was in Galley View. If you switch to Page View, Condensing will take effect.
