Can somebody please provide a link to an email address or to the support form for posting a request for help as I’m going around in circles trying to find it

Log into your MySteinberg account. There will be a button to submit a support request there.

Yes there is a button but it just takes you back eventually to the starting place.

For users in the USA… Is your version of Cubase one that is currently supported?

Thanks - it was not meant to be a double post.

This post was asking for help in finding the online support form so that I could raise the problem there. When I did not get an answer I posted the actual problem at the forum as a last resort.

I would still welcome a way to find the support form
