when i press the middle mouse button on the empty space of the Mix Console, the cursor changes into that symbol. while it may intuitively look like you can click and drag sideways to see the other tracks, it does NOTHING.
what is this symbol change even for? why does it change into that hand symbol when i click the middle mouse button? why can’t i scroll sideways with my vertical scroll wheel when i’m on an empty space? why do i have to go all the way down to the lower zone (a TINY, NARROW space) to scroll sideways?
