Turned clef and time signature... Help needed

This is a score which can be played in two page orientations. As we cannot see your complete example, we can only guess: if there are no other clefs, except the bass clef on the second line, turn the score and notate it that way.
If there are other (mirrored) clefs, I would suggest, notate it in one page direction and insert the head down clef and the head down time signature as graphics (custom Playing Techniques).

Reverse bass clef

EDIT: The SMuFL specification DOES include a “turned” cut time signature.

There are hidden time signatures to make space for the text. The upside-down text is done with a hidden line with a centered text annotation, since lines can be rotated. Then rotated manually in Engrave mode. The upside-down clef and cutc is a playing technique. Both glyphs are available in Bravura.
