Is it possible to control when Dorico turns the page during playback? I would like it to turn over earlier than it does in the default setting, please.

Interesting question… I usually just use Galley mode during playback FWIW, but for a rehearsal or maybe a session, that would be interesting.
I believe the answer is no, there’s no way to control the behavior of scrolling during playback.
