Just changed to Dorico from Finale. And I love Dorico!
I have had a lot of help from the tutorial videos on your Youtube channel. Unfortunatley a lot of videos and playlists about the basic functions are very old (like the videos about engrave mode and page layout) It would be great if you could make updated videos for DDorico 5, especcialy now for all Finale users coming in

It takes an enormous amount of time and work by my incredibly dedicated colleague Anthony to produce these videos. In an ideal world we would always be able to produce new versions of all of them for each new version of Dorico, but we would never have time to make new ones to cover new parts of the program!
We do replace the videos when they eventually diverge a long way from how the program currently works. (For example, Anthony made a whole new series of videos about note input last year, replacing two series that dated back to Dorico 1.x.)
But hopefully you will find that the videos, in conjunction with Lillie’s excellent manual, which is fully up-to-date, you’ll get along fine. And anything you’re not sure about, just ask.

In the meantime, if this can help you, I have started a written series that follows Anthony’s videos (in English and Italian).
The first two episodes are out, and eventually every video will be covered.
Plus, as Daniel said, since it’s quite easier to update a blog post than it is to remake a video, my articles will be updated!
This series of blog posts is dedicated to the memory of the beloved and sorely missed Robert Puff, who started this initiative but wasn’t allowed to complete it.
