Tweak positioning of text between score and part

I feel I’m missing something obvious …
I need to tweak the position of some text tool placements between the full score and a part. If I move the text in one, it changes in the other. Is this possible? Ideally, the same would be achievable for playing techniques.
Thoughts appreciated.
