two firewire cards in Cubase 4

I own an Edirol FA-66 firewire external audio card and an Apogee Duet One which I wish I could hook up onto an iMac and Cubase 4 at the same time in the same open project. This way I could record voice through Duet with its compresors and other rigs and other instruments, like guitar, bass and banjo through the FA-66 with no needs of plugging and unplugging.

Could I perform this configuration, both cards onto the same Cubase 4 project at the same time?

Any help will be very appreciated.

Yes. I don’t have a mac, but investigate ‘aggregate device’.
