Two-handed chords played in

If I play in fully voiced chords from a keyboard with two hands, is there a way for Dorico to make an educated guess which notes belong in the left hand, i.e. on the bass staff instead of the treble staff? Or do I have to play them in and then select the notes I want below using Opt+M all the way through? I vaguely recall seeing that in something written (or a video), but I didn’t need it right away so of course immediately forgot.

In the project I’m working on it’s not a big deal. It’s done already using Opt+M, but I’m just wondering about the future.

There’s no way to automatically split notes played on a MIDI keyboard in step-time input between the staves of a grand staff instrument, I’m afraid. This is something that has been requested before but is not currently possible.
