I need you assistance on the following case:
I would like to make two, or more voices to appear under single stem like block chord, but still to keep them separate.
For example the voices in bar 1 to be preserved as separate, but in the print to look like those in bar 2 (from the screenshot below)
In the Engraving Mode I was able to achieve the following by editing the second voice position:
But it’s obvious that the stems and the noteheads are not perfectly vertically aligned…
If I shorten the stem it looks far better (at least for the stems), but still the noteheads look unaligned. The voices in bar 1 still doesn’t look as in bar 2.
If anyone could give me some idea how to achieve the desired result (if it’s possible) in a proper way, I would be very thankful!
