two questions about license key

I’ve two questions about the license key:

  1. A friend of mine also wants to buy Cubase6 :smiley:
    Is the license key also delivered in the box, or does he have to order the key separate?

  2. I travel often with laptop / Cubase6.5 installed / and key.
    I registered Cubase long time ago.
    What if I lose the license key?

The full retail (not upgrade) box of Cubase 6 includes a license key.
