This is an automation parameter (“Feedback”) that generally works fine (belongs to a plugin by Valhalla called SuperMassive - but I don’t think it’s related to the specific plugin). If I try to edit the value by typing it in in the “upper status line” (see screenshot) then after I press RETURN the value is not updated. If I try to manipulate it directly with the mouse, it works fine.
It probably is. I have the free Valhalla plugins and they all have these shortcomings. Otherwise they are great plugins but the automation is troublesome.

I haven’t encountered this, but I have recently seen reports of this behavior in a release thread of the new Valhalla plugin, basically all their plugins seem to exhibit this behavior, not only in Cubase but also other DAWs.
Well, typining in a value doesn’t change the displayed value, but mouse-manipulating the field changes the value is a phenomenon that seems odd to be connected to the specific plugin (as it’s a very “mechanical” GUI thing). But I will try to locate a different, non-valhalla plugin, that has a “%” field, and will try to recreate. I also read recently complaints on valhalla automation, and, interestingly, I never had an issue with plugins such as ValhallaDelay in which I use automation quite often. I will update…
