I would like to indicate in a medley that the type of count is changing: a half note in the previous count should now correspond to a quarter note in the new count (i.e.: tempo changes from 180 BPM to 90 BPM). How can I create such a sign?
P.S.: It only seems to work with insert graphics. Here is a particularly sophisticated example. This is exactly what I needed.
Select the downbeat of the bar where it changes, and type Shift-T, h=q, Enter.

Thanks for the tip! That is a simple solution. However, I had needed something more sophisticated (see above).
Use MusGlyphs font and input it as text.

Hi @Inschrift, here a combination of a symbol (to be found on Character Viewer in macOS), and MusGlyphs (and some manual sizes, baseline shifts, and positioning):

Thanks for the tip - especially with regard to MusGlyphs!
