UAD-2 VST Plug-Ins & Cubase 6 Bridge ?

Hi,

Do UAD-2 (32-bit) VST plug-ins work with Cubase 6 (64-bit) via the Steinberg Bridge, in Windows 7 (64-bit) ?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Muziksculp,

Yep, they work very nicely indeed, I’m glad to report! The Steinberg bridge handles them manfully and with no issues in my experience. :smiley:

But it’s got to not be long before official 64bit-versions are released - I mean, I may be naive, but isn’t most of the processing actually carried out on a dedicated card anyway? So this presumably means only a portion of the software is even running on the host PC?

(OK, shoot me down now, I’m ready… :blush: )
