I’m using UAD “Paradise Guitar Studio” in Cubase 15 pro, there’s a preset list which you can add presets and also tag favorites, but when I close down the window and reopen it the favorite list is empty, it isn’t storing them or saving any new presets, (I don’t have the same issue in Logic) I’m using Mac OS 15.4.1
Hi,
it’s strange that it works as expected in Logic. However, my best guess are writing permissions which haven’t been granted. I’m not on a Mac so I can’t help you with that. FWIW, Paradise studio works as expected here on Cubase 15/Win 10 and Win 11.
I just had the same issue, and I realized they were saved but not popping up in the plugin. It was because the Universal Audio folder was stored in my Documents folder inside iCloud, so they weren’t downloaded to my Mac. They automatically store inside /Users/[username]/Documents/Universal Audio/Presets/Plug-Ins.
What I did was go to the iCloud Drive folder and right-click on the Documents folder. Then I ticked on “Keep Downloaded” and then “Download Now”. Once all the files were downloaded, all the presets I had made popped back up, alongside my favorites.
