Hi,
I can see no difference between the different UI types in the Actions window. I’m basically trying to EnableSend1 on channel 1 using a CC69. Unfortunately, whichever mode I choose in the UI column, the result is always toggling the Send state. I expected the ON/OFF mode associated to the Invert ON to enable the Send on value 0 and disable it on value 127.
What do I misunderstand? I must admit that the operation of the other Modes (Button, Dial, etc) are not very clear to me…
Hi @Jihem , all depends on the function you want to call and how your midi-cc-device can send diff cc’s.
My footswitch sends one single CC / btn (e.g for next song, play, tap delay, etc), while e.g my midi keyboard sends note on / note off at release,
With dial a certain value can e.g navigate to specific song on songlist (value 1 is 1st song, value 100 is 100th song).
A toggle can toggle between two states with the same CC (e.g toggle MUTE on/off)
There are things on VL they understand CC’s like
below 64 and 64+, some 0 and 1+ and for button modes x = x
Did this helped?
It’s a bug, sorry. Fixed for the next version (today, we hope). Set UI type to “On/Off” should fix it then.

Solved in VL 2.1.19.
Thank you so much!
