Adventure continues. The local distributor came up with a couple ideas to try, sadly none of them worked, so they will now have to escalate to Steinberg HQ. My 6th day out of business and counting 
The only event of the day was the local distributor letting me know that they’re escalating the issue to Steinberg HQ. It’s 7th day I’m COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT of my music and cannot do anything.
The issue could be solved last week.
