Unable to add Plug-in path in Cubase 9.5

Hi !
I upgraded yesterday from Cubase 9 to 9.5.
But guess what ? Cubase 9.5 “forgot” all of my added vst folders that was in Cubase 9.
I thought it is not a problem so I entered to the VST plug-in manager, tried to add new paths but it doesn’t add them…
All the time there are ridiculous problems with Cubase, really stuff that interrupts me from proceed working.

Any suggestions ?

Could you be more specific, please?

Does it mean it doesn’t appear after the selection at all? Or it does appear, but Cubase doesn’t scan the plug-ins? Or…?

My suggestion would be to try the Safe Start Mode and to recreate the preferences.
