Unable to connect to Steinberg Hub after upgrade

Hi,

I am unable to connect to Steinberg Hub after upgrading to Cubase 8.5 Pro from Cubase 7.

Can some one please help me provide a checklist to check my settings and find out what is going wrong.

I was able to connect in Cubase 7.

I am using windows 7 pro 64 bit. The internet connection is working fine on the same machine through chrome or internet explorer.

did you selected —File-menu—Preferences—General—“Use Hub”?

Yes I am able to see the hub…Right side everything is working fine…but the left half is not connecting to the internet …
