Unable to contact support / Nuendo 14 product partners

I wanted to contact support about this, but I can’t find an email for support anywhere. There are supposed links on the support websites to “contact support” but they go nowhere.

Anyway, my question is — is there any possibility that Nuendo 14 purchasers will also get the new Product Partners bundle in their Vouchers section on MySteinberg?

I thought this was my own problem, but it turned out to be an official issue. I sent an email but received no response

I purchased the update from 13 to 14 two weeks ago, and the vouchers appeared last week in my account.

I did ask this question via my Steinberg Accout (create support request) and got an answer very quickly. They told me “The current offer is limited to Cubase 14 and does not apply to Nuendo 14. There have been similar promotions for Nuendo in the past, so a reissue cannot be ruled out. However, I do not have any concrete information on this.”

OK, I own Cubase 14 too. That explains it to me.

Hm. Might just be my browser then (Min), maybe I’ll try on another. Because when I clicked ‘create support request’, I got taken to a nonexistent link.

Nuendo? Or Cubase?
