Unable to create a repeat ending

I’ve watched Anthony’s video embedded in the Help file (Repeat endings), but try as I might, I can’t get a repeat marker to appear at the end of bar 5 of the attached flow.

I’ve made sure I’m in Write mode and that bar 5 is selected, whether just the clarinet part, all parts, or using the system track, but when I click Create Repeat Ending, nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

In Layout Options > Staves and Systems you have set Show system-attached items above to Specific Players but Repeats is not checked at all.
