Unable to downlad Cubase AI 8

Hello,

I have registered code for Cubase LE 8 in my account but when trying to download the installer(windows),
the download always yields a 0 byte zip file. (Cubase_AI_8_Installer_win.zip)

Is it still the issue? First of all it’s strange, you registered Cubase LE and got Cubase AI link. You shoul get LE link.

You could try to download Cubase Elements Trial, which is the same installer, and instal this. With your Cubase LE (or AI) license, it will work like Cubase LE (or AI - depending on the license).

I have the same problem with elements and the Le download link given.
