Is this possible in Dorico with or without a workaround:
Yes. Notate the chords on the LH staff, select the top notes and hit N. If the semiquavers change direction, just select and Flip them. (You might need to adjust the voice column to keep the alignment)

This is what I get (no adjustments needed)…
OK - for some obscure reason you want downstem semis. I’m sure there’s a way, but my brain is dead tonight.
There are two options here. They both involve adjusting/changing the column indexes. Dorico changes them when the cross-staff command is applied.

Hi @John_Ruggero!
- Select both chords of the left hand in write mode
- switch to engrave mode
- activate the voice column index property without changing anything
- now you can move the beams freely
No idea why it works but it does! ![]()
