Unable to get Cubasis le 3 to recognize my ESI Nuevo Uno on my iPad 9

I have connected my Esi Nuevo Uno and my iPad 9 to a powered usb hub and my iPad is using a camera adapter with additional usb power.
The yellow light is on on my neva uno device but Cubasis does not see the device when I select that I have a supported device. I have hard rebooted iPad and made sure that microphone is enabled for Cubasis. Please assist as this setup is completely useless to me at the moment. Thank you in advance

Hi wolfgang.knupp,
Select an Audio track, tap the ROUTING tab, tap MONO INPUT and select your Nuevo from the drop down menu. If I am right - no audio will output from your device or headphones, instead you have to use the audio out from Nuevo as this now becomes the device sound card.
Hope this helps :slightly_smiling_face:

Welcome to the Cubasis family :upside_down_face:

Hi @wolfgang.knupp

Thanks for your message and a warm welcome to the Cubasis forum!

Normally all it takes to unlock Cubasis LE from demo mode, is to connect a supported audio device to your iOS device and launch Cubasis LE (which will then display a confirmation popup message).

I suggest to get in touch with ESI, to make sure your audio device is properly connected to your iOS device.

Hope that helps,
Lars
