Unable to Import MPEG4, MOV Video Files in Cubase 6.05

I am trying to import Video file like .MPEG 4 or .MOV , but it says Invalid format .

Is it something I am missing or is it my video engine not working, I am not sure. But when I launch Cubase it goes through Video File Handling, Video engine loading without any issue.

What is the best video format which cubase can handle without any probelm.

I am trying to do background score for a short film and needs this desperately to work.
