Hi
I have just purchased a UR22c. I have downloaded and installed the drivers ok. I then downloaded the TOOLS software.
When I go to install it I can not select any options as they are greyed out. I have uninstalled it and tried it again as per some forum notes but still get the same problem.
Please help.
