A couple of weels agp; I’ve bought Cubase 8 Artist. Today, I’ve downloaded the Cubase 8 Pro trial version. However, after installation, how do I open Cubase 8 Pro? When I double click on the Cubase 8 icon, the Artist edition is opened instead of the Pro edition.
Start the Artist version. Go to preferences. Under general tab should be an option “run trial version on next startup” or something similar. Make sure it’s checked. Close Cubase. Next time you start it should ask which version you want to run.
