I’m having problems logging into my MySteinway account. Every time I try to log in with the password saved in my password manager I’m told that it is wrong.
When I try to reset my password I don’t receive an e-mail with the password reset link in it. I don’t have a spam filter set-up so there’s no way it’s being siphoned out of my inbox and I’ve checked all of the folders in my mail account and there’s definitely nothing there.
I’ve had a google and other users have posted a similar thing but nobody seems to have a solution other than the occasional user being asked to PM a moderator of the website.
I appreciate anyone’s time who may have a solution to this as I just purchased a product and I’m eager to start using it!
