# Unable to make update purchase over 2 months

Finally I discovered where the problem is!  
My email is blocked, black listed and I don’t know why?  
If I use any other email I can go further with my order.

2 months of frustration…

I just sent the mail to company’s so I hope they can solve this BIG problem a.s.a.p
