Unable to move notes in editor to certain places

Hi all
I am having difficulty understanding editor and moving notes.
As an example: I have a F2 note already placed & I want to move to C2 but will not let me place it on C2. It will only allow c#2 or B1.
Please can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong please?

Hi,

You can filter some notes out in the Chords section. Make sure the track doesn’t follow the Chord track (Chords or Scales).
