I have had Cubase Elements 11 for a few months now and has been working fine. All of a sudden it seems to have stopped working. When I try to open up the app I get a pop-up message for safe mode saying the application terminated unexpectedly. After that the opening splash screen shows for a few seconds then closes and nothing else happens. Whichever option I choose in the pop-up message window the same thing happens. I have uninstalled all the software and reinstalled Cubase and have done a disk cleanup, but still the issue is the same.

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?
Could you attach the *.crash/dmp file mentioned in the Safe Start dialog, you can see while starting Cubase, please?

Hi,
Trying the Disable Preferences still brings up the splash screen followed by the splash screen disappearing and Cubase not even opening in safe mode. I managed to find the dmp file and have attached it.
