For context I am from India and am incredibly new to the Steinberg ecosystem, I work with Studio One Presonus and wanted to get the competitive crossgrade for Cubase pro 14. After getting the Invoice I tried to make the payment with my Debit Card and then with multiple cards, Visa, Mastercard to see which one would go through and none did.
After multiple failed purchases it said
“We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance”
and I got locked out of the payment portal entirely. I contracted Fast-Spring support as it was indicated to do in matters of payment errors. However I am shocked to find out I can’t even send a direct support mail to Steinberg as it doesn’t support my country (Or it’s a bit too confusing for me).
I’m lost at what to do and I don’t know where else to ask for help
