Unable to 'purchase' LoFi Piano

Hey,

I recently purchased Cubasis 3 for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and was interested in grabbing the ‘LoFi Piano’ from the shop. However, upon selecting the ‘FREE’ button, the window (presumably for the shop) goes solid black.

Is there anything which could be causing this issue? - e.g. permissions.

Any assistance would be much appreciated :new_moon_face:

Is your device connected to the internet?
Are you running the latest available versions of both Android OS and Cubasis?

In answer to your questions:

  • Yes, my device is connected to the internet
  • No, my device is running Android 9
  • Yes, my device is running Cubasis 3.7.8

I tested the issue briefly on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, and everything appears to be working as expected (see clip below).

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Make sure your Android system is updated to the latest version.
  • Close all running apps, including Cubasis.
  • Fully power off your Android device, then turn it back on.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and re-establisch the WiFi connection on your Android device.

I’ve tried what you suggested but the problem persists.
