Just purchased and installed the product, all good. It asks me to register which I proceed to do but then i get a message saying ‘eLicenser number already been registered by another user’ how can this be?
I have gone through the maintenance updates for my control centre and all looks good, it just doesn’t want to register my product for some reason.
I am attaching a couple of pics to show what I am seeing.
Some help would be appreciated to sort this out please
