I’m creating this topic from my department account. We purchased ten licenses. I tried to sign up for this forum with my own email address, but it tells me it’s not a valid address. Is there a way I can sign up so I’m not posting on behalf of my whole department?
Btw, I’m not Dave. He is another professor in my department.

, you can create a new account on the Steinberg.net homepage and I think you can then access the Forum with that credentials.
The create account at steinberg.net produces the same problem.
I signed up using a different email address. I wonder if it’s because my problem email address has a period between two words before the @ sign.
You should definitely be able to create a new Steinberg ID using any valid email address. Do you want to send me a private message with details of the email address you tried to use, and I’ll see if I can figure out what might be up?
