Unable to tie one note

Attached is my project which I’m presently working on using Dorico 6.2.20xxxx and if you look at my project measure 21 after the chords chords in eight notes I tried to tied to the quarter chords notes but when it’s done the bottom second note of the last quarter chords doesn’t tie and I don’t know why. If you try with my project you will see that the bottom notes of the second quarter chord doesn’t tie as it should be.

Please could you help me figure it out since in the project I had many notes tied and didn’t encounter this problem before.

Your help on solving this downfall would be greatly appreciated.

If you select the C on beat 3 and press T to tie the notes, Dorico will turn the tied quarter notes into a half note, which is correct notation.

If you want to keep the notes as quarters, then press O (letter O) before pressing T.
