After a disastrous Windows update I am now unable to to use any of my products without using my access codes. But i cant find them on My Steinberg. I have tried clicking on redeem access codes but that just asks me to type in the access code i am trying to retrieve (seems a bit pointless). Any thoughts on this will be greatly appreciated.
If you are in your MySteinberg account, do you see the licenses for your products there?
If so, than you can forget the Donwload Access Code. You just need to download the software (if necessary manually, links are available through the Steinberg support page) and activate your computer with the Activation Manager (or attach the dongle if you still run old programs).
