I just took the offer to upgrate my Cubase Le 7 to LE 10 and i tryed to upgrate LE 10 to Elements 10. Went to site direct buy Cubase Elements 10 Upgrade from Cubase LE / AI (4 or higher), Essential or Seque). When I complete all personal info’s, I got an error messager : an account with this e-mail already exist.
Can you advise me what am I doing wrong?
Just login with your email address. Of course, you can ask for a new password, if you forgot it.
You mistakenly filled out the form to create a new account. You should have just went to the section that says “Are you a returning customer?” and Log-in there.
