Unable to use HALion Sonic and other instruments in Cubase 12 Pro

I checked to see if the HALion Sonic files were corrupted and if they could be loaded in another DAW software (Cakewalk by BandLab). As a result, HALlion Sonic could be loaded in that DAW.

Also, Cubase now loads the Cakewalk by BandLab’s instrument even though it does not load HALion Sonic.

From the results, there may be a problem with the Cubase software.

I’m also using Cubase Pro 12. After installing HALion Sonic 7, Cubase still shows “No Instruments.” I’ve tried every solution I could find - reinstalled Cubase multiple times, even reformatted Windows, but it still won’t work. HALion Sonic 7 remains unavailable in Cubase. I’ve done plugin scans repeatedly and adjusted installation paths in the Steinberg Library, but nothing changes. Has anyone successfully resolved this particular issue?

Is it in plugin manager window?

No. I’ve rescanned the VST Plugin Manager countless times, but HALion Sonic 7 still doesn’t show up.

What is the location of the HALion Sonic.vst3 file.

The HALion Sonic.vst3 file is located here.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Steinberg\HALion Sonic.vst3\Contents\x86_64-win

Then I’m out of ideas I’m afraid…this is exactly as mine is located and obviously working fine here (currently on 14 but had no issues in 12 or 13 either)
